FAQ

What does the £5.00 buy?
A one-off payment unlocks unlimited merges of your own files in up to three browsers. The free try is two merges; the samples, notes, targets and backups don't use it.
Where is my data kept?
Your CSVs are read inside this browser and never uploaded. Holdings, notes and targets are kept in this browser's local storage. The only things sent to our server are an anonymous page-view count and, if you pay, the Stripe check that confirms the payment. THATCHED keeps an anonymous count of page views and free uses, and anonymous error reports. Payment is handled by Stripe when you choose to pay.
Which browsers work?
Any current Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, on desktop or phone. Clearing site data removes your notes, so use "Back up notes" now and then.
Can I get a refund?
Digital goods: access starts straight away, so the 14-day cancellation right ends once you start using it. If something is broken, email business@thatched.ai.
