What does the £9.00 buy?
The full app, once, no subscription: as many chains and steps as you need, several care plans (one per person) and restoring a backup into a new plan. The free try lets you start one plan and make 3 more additions.
Where is my plan kept?
Only in this browser, on this device. Your plan, phone numbers and notes are never uploaded. The page only talks to our own server (thatched-tools.pages.dev) to count page views and to check a payment with Stripe.
Which browsers work?
Current Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox, on a phone or a computer. Use the same browser each time, or move your plan with the backup file.
Can I get a refund?
Email business@thatched.ai within 14 days and tell us what went wrong; we will look at every request.
