Where are my maps kept?
Only in this browser. Map images and fog never leave your device. The only things sent to our server are a page-view count and, if you pay, the Stripe payment check.
Which browsers work?
Built and tested in current Chrome and Edge; recent Firefox and Safari should work too. The player window must run in the same browser on the same device, so allow pop-ups for this site.
Can I get a refund?
Access starts straight away, so the 14-day cancellation right ends once you use it. If something does not work for you, email business@thatched.ai and we will look at it.
