FAQ
What does it do?
You take or choose a photo of a page. Flatbed finds the corners, straightens the page, cleans it up and saves a PDF.
Is my data uploaded?
No. Your photos are processed on this device and are never sent anywhere. The page loads a small script from our payments helper, which keeps an anonymous page-view and free-use count and checks a purchase. Payment itself goes through Stripe.
What does it cost?
The free try saves one page as a PDF. £4.00, paid once, unlocks several pages in one PDF. No subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Digital goods: access starts straight away, so the 14-day cancellation right ends once you start using it. If something is broken, email business@thatched.ai.
Which browsers and devices work?
A recent browser on a phone or computer. On a phone, "Take a photo" opens the camera through the file picker. It needs no camera permission from the page.
