FAQ

What does £3.00 buy?

One payment, no subscription. After your 2 free saves you get unlimited saves and Save all photos, in this browser and up to two more.

Where are my photos kept?

Nowhere. Photos are processed in this tab and never uploaded. Only the payment check talks to our server, and it sees no photos. THATCHED keeps an anonymous count of page views and free uses, and anonymous error reports. Payment is handled by Stripe when you choose to pay.

Which browsers work?

Current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on phone or computer. HEIC files may need exporting to JPG first.

Refunds?

Digital goods: access starts straight away, so the 14-day cancellation right ends once you start using it. If something is broken, email business@thatched.ai.
