      How it works, honestly

      This is not a wiki

      There is no server and no shared database. The starter tips were written by us and each links the page we checked. Anything you add stays in your browser.

      Sharing is by file

      Export your tips as a small JSON file and send it to a friend. When they import it, they see every tip and tick the ones to keep. Send us a file and we review it for the starter list.

      Times are estimates

      "Fits in 30" means about 30 minutes there and back including the stop itself. Queues, gates and platforms change. Check the source and leave a buffer.

      Free and paid

      You can look up hubs free. After that the whole guide is once: every hub, saved waits and spreadsheet export. Adding and sharing your own tips stays free.

      What does buy?

      A one-off payment, no subscription. It opens every hub (the free try covers 3), saving waits and downloading them as a spreadsheet, in up to 3 browsers.

      Where is my data kept?

      Your tips and saved waits stay in this browser. Nothing you type is uploaded. The page only talks to our payment checker (to confirm a Stripe payment) and a simple page-view counter. Your free-try count is kept in this browser.

      Which browsers work?

      Any recent Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, on phone or desktop.

      Can I get a refund?

      You get access straight away, so the 14-day cancellation right ends once you use it. If something does not work, email business@thatched.ai and we will put it right, with a refund where that is fair.
