Refunds

Paid tools are a one-off payment through Stripe. There is no subscription, so nothing renews.

14 days

If a paid tool does not do what its page says, or you are not happy with it, email business@thatched.ai within 14 days of paying. Include the email on your Stripe receipt and the name of the tool. We refund the full amount to the card you paid with.

After a refund the unlock stops working in every browser that used it.

Your legal right

Paid tools are digital content that starts straight away. When you choose to unlock, you agree that access starts at once, so the statutory 14-day right to cancel ends when you start using it. The offer above is ours on top of that.
