FAQ
Where is my video saved?
On your own device only. It is recorded in your browser and never uploaded; you choose where to save the file. THATCHED keeps an anonymous count of page views and free uses, and anonymous error reports. Payment is handled by Stripe when you choose to pay.
Which browsers work?
Current Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox, on phone or computer. You will be asked to allow the camera and microphone.
What does paying unlock?
Your first take is free and stops at 30 seconds. A one-off payment (no subscription) removes the limit so you can record again, with no watermark.
Can I get a refund?
Digital goods: access starts straight away, so the 14-day cancellation right ends once you start using it. Questions: business@thatched.ai.
