FAQ

What does the £5.00 buy?

One payment, no subscription. It unlocks unlimited downloads in the Classic and Compact templates and lets you keep several resumes, one per job. The Plain template and its PDF stay free, with no watermark and no sign-up.

Where is my resume kept? What leaves my browser?

Your resume stays in this browser (local storage) and the PDF is made on your device. Nothing you type is sent to us. The only network calls are a page-view count and, if you pay, the payment check with Stripe.

Which browsers work?

Current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on computers and phones. On a phone, press “Zoom 100%” to read the preview.

Can I get a refund?

Yes: if it does not work for you, email business@thatched.ai within 14 days and we refund you.

Plain text, one column, no tables: what applicant tracking systems read best.
