What does the price buy?

One payment of £3.00, no subscription, no account. You get unlimited picks, saved palettes, JSON and CSS-variable export, and a history of 100 colours. The free try is 3 picks.

Where is my data kept?

Pipette runs in your browser. Colours, history and images stay on this device and are never uploaded. Only the payment check talks to our server, and it sends just the Stripe checkout reference.

Which browsers work?

Picking from the screen needs Chrome or Edge on a computer. Everywhere else (Firefox, Safari, phones) you can drop, paste or choose an image and tap a pixel.

Can I get a refund?

Email business@thatched.ai within 14 days of buying and tell us what went wrong; we will look at it. Because access is instant, the statutory cancellation right ends once you start using the full version.
