Take your Morrowind character into VTubing
Drop in the NIF meshes and textures of your character. You get a rigged VRM file that VSeeFace, VNyan and Warudo can load, with the arms already in a T-pose.
Your files
Parts
Untick anything you do not want. Loose parts (a head, hair) ride on the bone you choose.
Avatar
Bone matching
Filled in from the Morrowind skeleton. Change one only if a limb moves the wrong way.
Talking mouth
Adds a mouth-open shape so the jaw moves when you talk. VTubing apps use it for lip sync. Morrowind heads have no face rig, so without it the mouth stays shut.
Your first download is free. Pay once to keep converting; it unlocks here after the payment is confirmed.
Free try: one full download, talking mouth included. Then unlock for unlimited.

Where to find the files
Unpack Morrowind.bsa with a BSA browser (or use your mod folder). Bodies live in meshes\b\, for example b_n_dark elf_m_skins.nif, heads and hair as b_n_dark elf_m_head_01.nif. Textures are in textures\. Pick the files with the same names your NIFs ask for; the list above tells you which ones are missing.
- Works with VSeeFace, VNyan, Warudo, VMagicMirror and anything else that opens VRM 0.x.
- Private because your files never leave this page.
- Game assets belong to Bethesda. The VRM is marked personal use only; keep it to your own streams.
