Where do my photos and videos go?: Nowhere. Frames are read and the GIF is encoded inside this tab. The only things that talk to our server are the payment check and an anonymous page-view count; your files are never sent.
Which browsers work?: Current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and phone. Video clips depend on the browser's codecs: MP4 (H.264) and WebM open almost everywhere; some iPhone HEVC .mov files do not open in Chrome.
Can I get a refund?: Yes, if it does not work for you, email business@thatched.ai and we will refund you. The free try lets you check it first.
