FAQ
What does it do?
Many Countdowns counts down to as many events as you like, all on one page.
Is my data uploaded?
No. Your events are saved only in this browser. THATCHED keeps an anonymous count of page views and free uses, and anonymous error reports. Payment is handled by Stripe when you choose to pay.
What does it cost, and what is free?
The first 3 events are free. Unlocking more is £3.00, paid once. Payment goes through Stripe; we never see your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Digital goods: access starts straight away, so the 14-day cancellation right ends once you start using it. If something is broken, email business@thatched.ai.
Which browsers and devices work?
We have checked it in Chrome. Other recent browsers should work, but we have not checked them all, so if something breaks, email business@thatched.ai.
