Unlock full length for £5.00FAQ
What does the £5.00 buy?
A one-off payment unlocks unlimited full-length burns in this browser (and up to 3 browsers with Restore). No subscription, no watermark.
Where is my video kept?
Only on your device. The video and captions are processed in your browser and never uploaded. The only thing that leaves the page is a payment check with our server after you buy (your checkout ID, not your video). THATCHED keeps an anonymous count of page views and free uses, and anonymous error reports. Payment is handled by Stripe when you choose to pay.
Which browsers work?
Recent Chrome, Edge and Safari on desktop, Android and iPhone. Firefox works where it supports video encoding. Long or 4K clips need a lot of memory, so phones may struggle with them.
Can I get a refund?
Digital goods: access starts straight away, so the 14-day cancellation right ends once you start using it. If something is broken, email business@thatched.ai.
