What does it cost?

Two setups are free. After that it is a one-off payment, shown on the unlock card, for the full blocklist file. No subscription.

What do you see of my phone or browsing?

Nothing. The lists are fetched straight from their public sources in your browser, and the domains you type never leave your device. THATCHED keeps an anonymous count of page views and free uses, and anonymous error reports. Payment is handled by Stripe when you choose to pay.

Can I get a refund?

Digital goods: access starts straight away, so the 14-day cancellation right ends once you start using it. If something is broken, email business@thatched.ai.

Will it block YouTube ads?

No. DNS blocking removes ad servers, but YouTube and Instagram in-app ads come from the same place as the video, so they stay.

How do I undo it?

Open the same Private DNS screen and choose Automatic (or Off), or remove the hosts or list file from your app. Nothing is installed, so nothing is left behind.
